Pusat Beli-belah Toppen Bakal Dibuka Pada November 2019 | Destinasi tumpuan yang terkini di Tebrau memperkenalkan rangkaian jenama yang terbaharu seperti Ben's Independent Grocer (B.I.G), The Pantheon, 9 to 9 dan Concept Haus serta rangkaian peruncit terkemuka seperti TGV Cinemas, Harvey Norman, Sports Direct, Burger King, Marrybrown dan kafe kegemaran tempatan, 7 Oaks.

IKEA Southeast Asia memperkenalkan sebahagian rangkaian jenama yang akan beroperasi di Pusat Beli-Belah Toppen semasa majlis Penyerahan Kunci hari ini. Dengan lebih 85% ruang kedai telah disewakan, Toppen menyasarkan untuk membuka lebih banyak rangkaian kedai dengan jenama terkenal di dalam bangunan 4 tingkat seluas 1.1 juta kaki persegi itu.

Bersama IKEA Tebrau, Toppen dengan konsep hab komuniti di atas bumbung, The Topp sudah bersedia untuk memberikan pengalaman yang terbaik kepada pengunjung dengan kepelbagaian kedai, restoran dan kafe, ruangan e-sports dan ruangan hiburan keluarga dengan konsepnya yang lebih segar – sebuah pusat ‘retailtainment’ yang lengkap untuk seluruh rakyat di Selatan Malaysia.

Pusat Tarikan & Hab Masyarakat 
The Topp ialah sebuah ruang atas bumbung yang unik dan yang pertama seumpamanya di Malaysia. Ia mempunyai empat zon yang berbeza untuk memenuhi citarasa pengunjung yang mempunyai latar belakang yang berlainan. Ruang luarannya yang interaktif akan menempatkan lebih 30 buah kedai makanan dan minuman yang berkonsepkan ‘al-fresco’ yang dikelilingi taman hijau, gelanggang serbaguna, gelanggang papan selaju, kawasan aktiviti yang luas, taman permainan kanak-kanak, panggung wayang, ruangan  e-sports dan juga taman rekreasi air kanak-kanak. The Topp pasti dapat memenuhi kehendak semua pengunjung Pusat Beli-Belah Toppen.

Menyatukan Rangkaian Peruncit yang Sesuai
Jenama baharu yang akan memeriahkan lagi kepelbagaian portfolio Toppen adalah, Ben’s Independent Grocer (B.I.G), pasaraya premium, The Pantheon, arena e-sports yang akan membuka cawangannya yang kedua di Malaysia, 9 to 9, kedai ‘online-to-offline’ (O2O) yang pertama di Malaysia dimiliki oleh Hush Puppies dan Concept Haus, rangkaian kedai pakaian ‘street wear’ dan sukan yang terkemuka. Selain itu, rangkaian jenama terkenal lain yang turut memeriahkan portfolio Toppen adalah TGV Cinemas, Harvey Norman, Sports Direct, Burger King dan Marrybrown serta kafe tempatan Johor yang berkonsepkan moden iaitu 7 Oaks. Toppen secara ringkasnya menawarkan rakyat Johor dan para pelancongnya sebuah destinasi membeli-belah yang lengkap untuk meluangkan masa berkualiti bersama rakan-rakan dan keluarga.

Jelasnya lagi, “Kami percaya dengan konsep ‘co-creation’ atau penciptaan bersama, bukan sekadar hubungan luaran sahaja namun untuk ruang pusat beli-belah juga. Ia mewujudkan suasana yang lebih positif sesama penyewa dan untuk saling bekerjasama dan memberi pengalaman terbaik untuk para pengunjung di samping mengekalkan kepelbagaian pilihan semasa membeli-belah.”

Peluang yang Terbentang Luas
Pusat Beli-Belah Toppen dianggarkan akan menerima 15 juta pengunjung dalam tahun 2020, bukan hanya dari Johor dan negeri jiran sahaja malah juga dari Singapura. Pembinaan pusat beli-belah ini akan membuka ribuan peluang perniagaan di sekitar daerah ini yang akan turut meningkatkan ekonomi. Ia juga bakal mewujudkan peluang pekerjaan dalam pelbagai sektor untuk rakyat Johor.

IKEA Southeast Asia unveiled a preview of upcoming tenants for Toppen Shopping Centre at today’s Key Handover Ceremony. With close to 85% of its retail space leased out, Toppen is looking forward to welcoming even more brands to partner within its 1.1 million square feet, four-level centre.  

Together with IKEA Tebrau, Toppen, with its rooftop community hub, The Topp, is also set to attract customers with a myriad of fresh retail, dining, e-sports, and entertainment experiences – a complete ‘retailtainment’ offer for the people of Southern Malaysia. 

The Heart & Hub of the Community 
The Topp is a unique rooftop concept that is the first-of-its-kind in Malaysia. It features four distinct zones tailored for shoppers from all walks of life. These interactive outdoor spaces will be complemented by over 30 F&B specialties and alfresco outlets, a rooftop garden, multipurpose courts, skate parks, a spacious event piazza, kids’ playgrounds, a cinema, e-sports arena and even a water play area. There is definitely something for everyone at The Topp.

Joining this diverse portfolio in Toppen are new-to-Johor brands such as Ben’s Independent Grocer (B.I.G), Malaysia’s premiere grocery and food destination, The Pantheon, who will be debuting its second eSports arena in Malaysia, 9 to 9, a first-in-Malaysia flagship online-to-offline (O2O) by Hush Puppies, and Concept Haus, a premium streetwear and athleisure retailer. Together with well-known favourites such as TGV Cinemas, Harvey Norman, Sports Direct, Burger King and Marrybrown, and local Johor outlets with fresh concepts like 7 Oaks, Toppen’s retail mix will offer Johoreans and tourists a complete retail experience with great meeting places and spaces for family and friends to hang out and enjoy their time together.
