minggu makan sihat
eat clean
semua benda dibakar
dipanggang
direbus
dikukus
dibuat tanpa minyak














sebab encik suami
join cabaran 105 hari
5 star make over
celebrity fitness














so kena jaga makan
kena jaga badan
masa ni la baru nampak
dia makan banyak sayur
hehehe














brokoli dan kentang
main dish yang kena ada
untuk bakar lemak
untuk sumber protein
kurangkan karbo
kurangkan makanan diproses














masa ni la jugak
rajin-rajinkan diri menggodek
instagram minah saleh
tengok menu sihat diorang
best jugak kan
belajar menu baru
kita pun ikut sihat sama
:)














tapi start hari ni
seminggu duk johor
hancus la menu sihat saya
adohai
