Overthinking Ruins Your Sleep


Over-thinking ruins you.
Ruins the situation, twist things around, makes you worry, and just makes everything much worse than it actually is.

It's hard to sleep when your brain can't stop thinking about something that is not even there.

Stop thinking too much.
It's alright not to know the answers.
They will come to you when you least expect it.

    1. Hahahha..takde sape bersalah..tapi otak ni asyik nak berfikir aje..benda tak penting pun nak dibuat keputusan sambil tutup mata..lepas tu bila tersedar tengah berfikir, "eh tengok, berfikir lagi..tido la oi!"
